We fell in love with this exquisite fabric as soon as we saw it. The water-colored turquoise background sets off the large flowers beautifully. A circle cut means no seams, as to show off more of the print with no interruptions. A 3" wide print ruffle is embellished with white lace and colored 3/8" satin ribbon to match the solid ruffle at the bottom.
