What woman doesn't want red roses? We have chosen two exquisite floral print fabrics and designed this coordinating three tiered skirt with a matching blouse. Large red roses adorn the third tier ruffle with smaller red roses on the second tier. The top tier and waistband are done out of a solid fabric, so that when you wear the matching blouse, it all looks like a dress. We've used a 3" wide lace and red satin ribbon under black beading to decorate each tier and again on the blouse ruffles.
