This petticoat is made of 100% nylon crystal fabric. A very tightly woven fabric with tons of sparkles.
The hem includes fish line to help this gorgeous petticoat stand out for everyone to see.
It is encased with elastic at the waistband and has an adjustable broadcloth top.
The top is adjustable, 1", 2", or 3" longer.
