We are full of love for this beautiful pink and white outfit!
This “cutsie” 3 tiered skirt is made up of all different sized hearts in a romantic raspberry color and is exquisitely trimmed with a solid white ruffle that is gathered on with a header for more fullness. And if that wasn’t enough, we have added 1/8” raspberry ribbon to the top and bottom of the ruffles to enhance the outlines of the hearts in the print.
This blouse, trimmed with 2 rows of ribbon on the neck and sleeve ruffles,  has a faux drawstring; it is for looks only, it does NOT pull the neck size smaller.  With elastic at the neckline, we have put in a slit vee opening for you to tie as open or closed as you like. The sleeve has a double ruffle with soft 1/4" elastic for an ample, comfortable fit. This 2 piece outfit is a great look for Valentines Day or the pink ribbon dances.
