Starry Night Fancy Outfit

Midnight blue and white stars will light up the sky when you are twirling in this outfit. The wondrous print fabric has stars streaking down the 12-gore skirt.

They are alternated with a new sapphire blue solid and outlined with white/silver-edged scalloped lace. Dress it up with this FITTED, high-neck sapphire blue blouse that has the gorgeous white/silver-edged scalloped lace straight down the center front and back. A metallic 3/8" silver ribbon is topstitched in front and back and finished with a bow. The slit-OPEN back ties closed with the same silver ribbon, shown in the 3rd picture.
