Dress it up with this FITTED, high-neck sapphire blue blouse that has the gorgeous white/silver-edged scalloped lace straight down the center front and back. A metallic 3/8" silver ribbon is topstitched in front and back and finished with a bow. The slit-OPEN back ties closed with the same silver ribbon, shown in the 3rd picture.
