Return Policy

Returns / Exchanges

You have 10 days from the day you receive your item(s) to call/email for an approval to return or exchange. After the 10 days you will be eligible for store credit only and subject to a 25% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return please email squareupfashions@gmail.com to get authorization. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Shipping is Non Refundable.  


Non-returnable items:
- Pettipants (Style# 0100-A)
- Custom made Garments

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Damaged Items
All damaged goods must be reported immediately upon receipt to squareupfashions@gmail.com


Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Shipping back a return
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
