Childrens Crystal Petticoat

This petticoat is made of 100% nylon crystal fabric. A very tightly woven fabric with tons of sparkles. The hem includes fish-line to help this gorgeous petticoat stand out for everyone to see. It is encased with elastic at the waistband, measuring 18" ( and stretching out to a max of 40") and has an adjustable broadcloth poly/cotton top that is adjustable, 1”, 2”, or 3” longer.  Now each length is available in regular fullness or SUPER full ! Two tiers is 11"-14" long, and the 3 tier is 15"-18" long.
