These are nylon pettipants. They are covered with rows and rows of lace, sewn on with elastic thread. They are short-leg, lacey pettipants. Size Large will accommodate most XL as well;  please CHECK the measurements on the size chart above,

HAND wash COLD very delicate, and NO DRYER, lay flat to dry only.
