What can be returned

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Items we cannot accept back

  • Pettipants (Style# 0100-A)
  • Custom-made garments
  • Rush fees and customization fees
  • Shoes that show any signs of wear

How to return an item

  1. Email us at Info@squareupfashions.com to ask for a return authorization. We will confirm your order was placed on SquareUpFashions.com.
  2. Pack the item and include a copy of our return authorization email.
  3. Mail the package by USPS, UPS, or FedEx to:

Your refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you and process your refund within 5 business days, back to the credit card or PayPal account you used. We do not charge restocking fees. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Return shipping

You pay the cost of shipping your return. For items over $75, we suggest a trackable service or shipping insurance, because we cannot guarantee we will receive your package.

Damaged, missing, or wrong items

I’m from WV and I needed 3 skirts (red & white gingham) in a very short time. I called and spoke with a most helpful & wonderful person, Mariska! We discussed sizes, length, ruffles, fabric and everything else needed to make these skirts perfect! I know nothing about sewing but Mariska certainly does!
