Here is a blouse from the past. It is gathered all around the neck and sleeves and topped off with bias bands. There is a frilly little ruffle over the short cap sleeve just for fun. This blouse has no elastic.

- Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received them.
- Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

- Shoes that show any signs of wear
How to return an item

- Pack the item and include a copy of our return authorization email.

Your refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you and process your refund within 5 business days, back to the credit card or PayPal account you used. We do not charge restocking fees. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
